A Message from the Founder

Fristy Thomas, Founder & Director
Agape — a word that means "unconditional love" is at the very core of who we are.
This wasn’t just an idea. It grew from years of working closely with children, youth, and families in their most challenging moments. I’ve supported kids with high behavioral needs and disabilities, stood beside parents under pressure, and helped families navigate systems that often felt too heavy.
I’ve worked on the frontlines, managed group homes, and led with heart — but what stayed with me were the quiet moments: the tired eyes, the unspoken fears, the need to simply feel safe.

That’s why I created Agape, not just as a care home, but as a healing home. A place where every child is met with patience, respect, and understanding. A space where families can breathe, and children can simply be.

Because every child, no matter their story, deserves to feel seen, heard, and truly valued.
